Grazing Board Hire Terms & Care
 

Hire Period

• Standard hire period is up to 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed.

• Items are to be returned by the agreed return date and time.

Security Deposit

• A refundable cash security deposit will be required at time of booking or collection depending on the size of the hire.

• The deposit will be refunded in cash once the item has been inspected and found to be in good condition.
   

Cleaning Before Return
 

Please return all items:

• Clean and dry.

• Free from food residue.

• Do not leave items soaking in water.

• Do not place in a dishwasher.

If additional cleaning is required, a cleaning fee may apply.
 

Care Instructions
 

Our grazing boards are handcrafted from natural timber and require gentle care.

Please:

• Wash using a soft cloth or sponge with warm, soapy water.

• Dry immediately after washing.

• Store indoors in a dry location.

• Use only for serving food.

Please do not:

• Place in a dishwasher.

• Soak in water.

• Use abrasive cleaners or scourers.

• Leave outdoors or in direct sunlight for extended periods.

• Place hot pots, trays or dishes directly onto the timber.

• Cut directly on decorative resin surfaces.
  Do not place greasy items directly on the boards
   

Damage
 

The hirer is responsible for any damage occurring during the hire period, including:

• Deep knife cuts

• Burns or heat damage

• Broken handles or hardware

• Chips, cracks or splits

• Resin damage

• Missing items

Repair or replacement costs may be charged where damage is beyond normal wear and tear.

Loss or Non-Return

Items that are lost, stolen or not returned will be charged at the current replacement value.
 

Collection & Return
 

Collection and return are by arrangement.

Delivery may be available within the Perth metropolitan area. Delivery charges apply.

Natural Timber

Each board is handcrafted from real timber. Natural grain, colour variation, gum veins and small imperfections are features that make every piece unique.
